Where do you ship? We currently ship to the United States.
How long does shipping take? Orders are processed within 3–8 business days, then typically arrive 4–7 days after dispatch. Shipping is free on all orders.
Will I get tracking? Yes, you'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window from delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact support@drakenlume.com to start a return.
How do exchanges work? Return your item for a refund, then place a new order for the item you'd prefer.

Do all the lamps glow the same way? Glow style, color and brightness vary by product and variant — check each product's "Product details" and "Before you order" sections for specifics.
What are the pieces made from? Most pieces are 3D-printed PLA or cast resin; material is listed on each product page.
